Admission requirements bachelor
Admission requirements for enrollment to first year of study are presented below:
• Secondary school education with the Grade Point Average of at least 3.5;
• Successfully passed matura examination;
In the event of limited enrollment the Admission Affairs Committee give the following weight to the criteria:
• GPA - 70 %;
• Matura Exam results - 30 %;
Admission requirements for enrollment to second year of study as a transfer student are presented below:
• All students who have completed the Higher Post Secondary School based on former Yugoslav system in the following fields: a) administrative and business sciences; b) law; c) mathematics; and d) architecture, civil engineering and geography are eligible to enroll in the second year of studies with the obligation to pass Three Bridging Exams of the Real Estate Management Bachelor program 1) Property Law; 2) Introduction to Spatial Planning; and 3) Real Estate Valuation;
• All students who have successfully completed at least 42 ECTS credits in another accredited study program in Kosovo or abroad with a GPA of at least 8.0, in the courses, which course syllabi are similar at least 70 % with the syllabi of the courses delivered at College ESLG;
Admission requirements for enrollment to third year of study as a transfer student are presented below:
• All students who have completed the university study in the following fields: a) administrative and business sciences; b) law; c) mathematics; and d) architecture, civil engineering and geography are eligible to enroll in the third year of studies with the obligation to pass four Bridging Exams of the Real Estate Management Bachelor program 1) Property Law; 2) Introduction to Spatial Planning; 3) Architecture and 4) Real Estate Valuation;
• All students who have successfully completed at least 102 ECTS credits in another accredited study program in Kosovo or abroad with a GPA of at least 8.0, in the courses, which course syllabi are similar at least 70 % with the syllabi of the courses delivered at College ESLG;
Article 3 paragraph 2, item 3 of the Regulation on Admission and Transfer of Students at Bachelor level foresees that if the language of instruction is English for the whole program, students must pass the TOEFL test with the result of at least 500 points in the paper based TOEFL. The TOEFL test can be also Computer based TOEFL test.

• TOEFL test with minimum 500 points in Paper-Based Test;
In the event of limited enrollment in the program with the language of instruction in English, the Admission Affairs Committee give the following weight to the criteria:
• GPA - 50 %;
• Matura Exam results - 30 %;
• TOEFL results - 25 %;
