StafiProf. Dr.Visar Hoxha - Rektor
Profesor i rregullt Dr. Visar Hoxha posedon dhjetë vjet përvojë në mësimdhënie, konsulencë dhe hulumtim në fushën e paluajtshmërive, ndërtesave të qëndrueshme të energjisë dhe dizajnit të qëndrueshëm energjetik. Posedon trembëdhjetë vjet përvojë në menaxhimin e kompanive ndërkombëtare me institucione me partnerë të huaj. Përvoja e Profesor Hoxhës përfshin dhjetë vjet mësimdhënie, gjashtë vjet hulumtim dhe dhjetë vjet konsulencë. Profesor Hoxha gjithashtu ka shërbyer si Dekan i Kolegjit ESLG që nga viti 2010 dhe prej 1 tetorit 2019 shërben në cilësinë e Rektorit të Kolegjit ESLG.
Disa nga arritjet profesionale të Profesor Hoxhës janë paraqitur mëposhtë:
- Menaxhimi i projektit “Ndërtesat e Qëndrueshme Efiçiente të Energjisë" i financuar nga programi HERD i Ministrisë së Punëve të Jashtme të Mbretërisë së Norvegjisë implementuar nga Kolegji ESLG dhe Universiteti Norvegjez për Shkencë dhe Teknologji;
- Themelimi dhe akreditimi i programit të studimeve Menaxhimi i Energjisë në bashkëpunim me Universitetin Norvegjez për Shkencë dhe Teknologji;
- Përvetësimi dhe menaxhimi i fondit më të madh suplementar pensional të Postës dhe Telekomit të Kosovës dhe KEK-ut si Kryeshef Ekzekutiv për Investime në Fondin Pensional Slloven në Kosovë;
- Menaxhimi i portfolios së investimeve private prej 100 milion dollarë gjatë punës për kompaninë degë të Lehman Brothers në Nju Jork 2007-2008;
- Ofrimi i këshillave për Reformën e Kadastrit të Tokave i përkrahur nga GIZ;
- Ofrimi i këshillave për Zyret Kadastrale Komunale në Kosovë;
- Ofrimi i këshillave për Shoqatën e Agjentëve të Paluajtshmërive në Kosovë;
