Right to quality education
Convention of Students' Rights, Article 9
9. Every student has a right to a quality education. The College ESLG is obliged to do the following:
(a) the College offers an education capable of providing students with an adequate level of competence in the relevant field of study, and
(b) the College makes every reasonable effort to maintain the quality of education it dispenses, and
(c) the College makes every reasonable effort to provide an appropriate environment for learning and assessment activities.
