Industrial Board
The Industrial Board of College ESLG has two broad goals:
- To advise the College on curriculum design to enhance the employability of graduates;
- To increase external involvement in research.
The Composition of the Industrial Board is as follows:
1. Gent Sejdiu (Chairperson), CEO of Kosovo Realty Group LLC and Secretary General of Kosovo Association of Real Estate Appraisers (representative of private sector);
2. Besa Zogaj Gashi (Member), Executive Director of Institute for Free Trade Economy and former Vice Minister for Economic Development (representative of civil society);
3. Bajram Hoxha (Member), CEO of Hoxha Invest Group (representative of private sector);
4. Shkëlzen Morina (Member), Chairman of Supervisory Board of Licensing of Real Estate Appraisers and Head of Department of Property Taxes, Ministry of Finance of Republic of Kosovo (representative of public institutions);
5. Dhurata Hoxha (Member), Former Minister of Justice and Former Minister of European Integration of Republic of Kosovo;
The specific objectives of the Industrial Board are:
• Improve student employability and higher level skills;
• Explore ways in which students and staff can increase their understanding of how the private sector in Kosovo operates and what employers in Kosovo expect in terms of mindset, professionalism and motivation of graduates;
• Explore the ways how other stakeholder can provide their input in terms of work experience, placements, and external advise in the curriculum design;
• Explore possible areas of collaboration for research projects between the College, public institutions, private sector, and civil society, involving heavily students and staff resources of the College;
• Offer advice on the future direction for the school;
• Commercialization of joint research outputs;
